P.S. I see that donilpark has already seen this. I didn't think anyone had, so I didn't make a spoiler thread. I'm making one now, in case the temptation grows too great for anyone to restrain themselves from making predictions, LOL.

Yeah, she's really good, isn't she? The way her expression changes accordingly during a conversation as it progresses to show her changing emotions... she's really good. Some other actors don't know how to do this and change their expression only when they realize that they have to. And then Ryu Shiwon has been playing characters like Seungwoo for ever since he debuted. It looks almost as if the character in the show is what he must really be like.
As for spoiling... don't worry, I loved the show so much and I'd like others to like it too. I won't do anything that could potentially ruin the show for them.

Hi, Ken! Good to see you here. I can't believe you're still considered "New Addict". Or maybe I've got the wrong "Ken"? Are you the K of K-and-J? The actress playing Lee Sena is very good, though I haven't seen her in anything else. Maybe she's just good at playing this sort of character. But I like to watch her face; ... Hi, Lucy! Joanie and I missed you and chigirl at the YSS party - you missed a good one! I've been too busy to write much, but we always enjoy your posts. Lee Sena is played by Jang Nara, and yes, the pink agrees with her. She's a singer too and the couple of tracks I heard by her were surprisingly tolerable. She's actually very popular and is also in a series called A Successful Story of a Bright Girl or A Bright Girl's Joyful Success Story (I've seen about 5 variations - I call it "A Moderately Successful Story of a Reasonably Bright and Occasionally Joyful Girl", it's on DVD with subtitles that are a bit "engrishy", let's say, but it's entertaining and she's cute in it. Here's a Korean site of hers: www.naracn.com/Joanie says "Hi!"

Hi, Ken (& Joanie)--Hope you're both fine.
Those pajamas---- ;D LOL!! I know, we were cracking up, too, at the sight of those "coordinating PJ's"!! Not sure what the deal was with the wild "pop art" design. Maybe the wardrobe people were taking a stab at comic relief!

Isn't that the sort of thing that makes these shows fun? Joanie and I will probably joke about those pajamas everytime we're Christmas shopping! If nothing else, watching what the wardrobe people come up with next will add a new level of suspense and fun - I hope so.

The pajamas looked familar. I thought I'd seen them before but couldn't place it. By the way, that's her Chinese site. Korean site is www.narajjang.com/She's wearing the Chun Li costume ;D Hey, I didn't know she actually had an English site too. www.naraeng.com/default.htm

Wow, we've got a little Jang Nara fan club here. She's a honey. Ken, your alternate title for that show is hilarious, as if the official English translations weren't funny enough. Hi to Joanie, too! Part of the fun of watching K-dramas is the weird titles. My sister liked hearing about "Rooftop Room Cat" and "My Boyfriend Is a Type B" and "I'm Sorry, I Love You" (the latter two weren't shown here). Yes, those pajamas. They were apparently designed to keep both of them virgins on their wedding night and for a long time after. --I hope that wasn't too crude, but really, could anyone look at their partner wearing dancing blue hippos (or whatever they were) and think, "Wow, honey, you look hot! let's go!"

But maybe you will find someone else who's seen it and will want to discuss it with them. And there are always a few kooks out there who want to know what happens in advance. We usually do have a spoiler thread for each show but for some reason didn't set one up for this one before.

Those pajamas were really colorful I do agree that many of these dramas include moments of comic relief, and I think that the pajamas were part of it I always liked the kooky relatives in "On The Green Prairie", and Bok-ja and her little admirer on "The Phoenix" Those scenes always had the wacky music to let you know that they were diversions from the gravity of other situations. Also, Hi, Ken & Joanie! It was nice meeting you both and sharing the same table with you at they party!

I guess I'll be getting "My Boyfriend Is a Type B" from Netflix, then.

Hi, Mr. Bill - we had a great group at our table, didn't we? Hope to see you again - it was fun! dp, thanks for the links - I pulled the wrong one of my bookmark folder. Didn't get up early enough this morning to get it past you. A lot of times the best comic relief is completely unintentional, like a strangely fitting song in the background. In one of the shows, they played the Carpenters' version of "The Rainbow Connection", one of the songs from the Muppet Movie.

Yeah, who would have thought that would be Jinhui and Yunsa's "song"? That guy is just too cool, or so he thinks; did he know he was inviting this girl to dance to a Muppet song?
BTW, I didn't realize the Carpenters were still recording at the time of the Muppet Movie. It must have been one of their last recordings.

That's for sure, Ken ... it was a great group, and we'll look forward to more gatherings like this one And the music is often GREAT comic relief in many shows

One thing that I found strange is that she was riding, with her hair and make up done and I think she even had her wedding dress on, in a VW convertible with the top down!!!!! She was going to smell like outside and her hair could have gotten mest up.
