this series on DVD from YesAsia.com. And I wanted to know if this is a trustworthy site to purchase DVDs from. Have any of you ever purchased anything from YesAsia.com before? If so, can you tellme what your shopping experience was with them.
Thanks
God Bless Shelly

I only purchase from them. They're great - the shipping is a tad slow for me (takes about 1-2 weeks to get to me), but I definitely trust them.
Have bought many dramas, DVDs, VCDs, etc. from them with NO problems.

If so, can you tellme what your shopping experience was with them. I think YesAsia.com is the largest license holder for Asian DVDs in the U.S. They're a major company, trustworthy, and offer official, licensed products. The California board is a YesAsia.com associate, as are KoreanWiz.org and D-Addicts. You should consider buying through an associate since it doesn't cost extra and helps support the associate site. To support an associate, just click on the YesAsia.com link on an associate site instead of going to YesAsia.com directly. In fact, YesAsia.com sometimes gives special deals for associates to run so that you can be better off buying through an associate. KoreanWiz.org is running such a special now (free CD contest), and we had one last month ($5 off for all first time customers). The specials are (obviously) different at different associates, so feel free to shop around. These deals are generally not automatic: you'll need to follow whatever the special instructions are for the particular deal, posted at the associate site. As far as shipping goes, I haven't had any problems. Lowest cost service is via U.S. Postal Service, and the Postal Service is the largest delay. If you want to support the California board, we have links to the YesAsia.com products for many dramas in the main post for each one. See, for example, our Attic Cat/Rooftop Room Cat topic. We have no specials to offer at the moment, however, and KoreanWiz.org does, as mentioned above.

I've bought from YesAsia quite a few times and they have been very quick to ship and reliable. I always get the "free shipping" in the US for over $39 orders. I bought the soundtracks for Jang Geum and Firebird (Phoenix) and some Blythe dolls and Pullip dolls. I'm very pleased with them.

Ooh, Blythe dolls are wiggy! I didn't realize they were available on YesAsia. I'll have to check that out.

Hi-- I have purchased many DVD sets and CD's from Yesasia.com and can highly recommend them. Their customer service dept. is also quite good. They have a special going on that if you buy a Korean drama DVD set, you can buy a selected CD from them at $2.99. Also, I usually receive an online $5 gift certif. from them after most purchases and always take advantage of the free shipping option. Good luck.

I ordered this drama DVD series on Friday and I sent my money order to YesAsia in the Mail on Saturday. I live in the Chicagoland area and I was wondering, if any one knows how long it takesfor a letter to arrive in CA from IL?
How long appoximately did it take for you to recieve your orders?

You cannot possibly go wrong in ordering from Yesasia. If there was a 10-star rating system, I'd give them 11.
I've ordered hundreds of dollars worth of stuff from them and from the very first, quality and customer service was in full swing. Do it!

I live in the Chicagoland area and I was wondering, if any one knows how long it takesfor a letter to arrive in CA from IL? Is CA California or Canada? When I lived in Chicagoland, it once took an important letter (a paycheck) many weeks to reach California. It finally arrived, greatly water-damaged, in a plastic baggie, accompanied by an apology from the Postal Service. There were also a bunch of local news stories that winter about problems with the mail in Chicagoland.

Oh, I wonder if that was the year that they kept finding hoards of letters in mailmen's homes and abandoned properties. There was a rash of that one year!
