It's funny but Dong-joon has gotten better looking to me as the show has gone on. I used to think he was really ugly, but he's relaxed and started smiling more and doing sort of cute things, so he's more appealing to me now. ALLRIGHT I must confess, I too feel that DongJoon looks pretty good. At first I thought he looked kinda weird, to me he looked like a cartoon character, BUT now he actually looks kinda cute.

LOL! I think the heat has gotten to you girls. Just kidding, he's nice, but I can't say I find him attractive.

Hold on there now, Miss GC --I didn't say I find him attractive, just that he looks better and more appealing to me now than at the beginning. When the show started I think I said something mean about his looks. His features are so small: thin lips, small eyes. I would take Yoon-sik (WML) over this guy (but only if he promised never to wear overalls again). Whereas when this show started, he was sour-faced and stuck-up, Dong-joon is becoming kind of funny and interesting, so his personality and overall decency are winning me over. Which is not to say the heat hasn't gotten to me, lol. See above comment about Yoon-sik, who is kinda making me sweet on him these days. (blush) The crying during the engagement scene was a bit much, but I do like his sensitivity. Still, this isn't a WML board so I'll go post my weirdness over there.

Okay, I take it back. I understood that you were finding him attractive, but you are right, a smile on the face (even though it is so tight-lipped) has done wonders for him. But for goodness sakes if he would only get rid of the earring, I'd like him 15% more.

LOL! 15%? I would be interested in how your calibrations are so precise. I agree with you, though. That earring is just weird on him.

I think it's too big for him small earlobe and thin ears.

I have to admit I felt so bad for DongJoon (?) when he was telling JungEun that she reminded him of a girl he was knew, who happened to be his first love and then married his best friend. Poor guy, that must've been horrible. Maybe that's why he acts kind weird and mean sometimes. Obviously he has some sort of feelings for JungEun, but is probably afraid to let his guard down. I thought it was so cute when he gave her that stuffed animal. I laughed when they were stuck in the elevator and DJ light up his lighter, that was wayyyy too close to her face. That seemed dangerous to me, what if he light it right underneath her nose and burned it? It was even more cute how Jung-eun was holding onto the cat during the elevator incident. LOL...but I really laughed when Kyung-min (in his usual jealous rage) smacked the cat onto the floor upon finding out that it was a present from Dong-joon. I agree that it was funny when Kyung-min whapped that kitty right off the TV, and it got even funnier when she came in, apparently knowing exactly what he was doing while she was in the other room, and asked him, as she picked it up, if it could walk by itself. Actually, my favorite scene from this episode was grandma's impression.

LOL! I almost forgot about the scene where Kyung-min purposely pushed back the door so it could hit Dong-joon in the head. I loved those scenes where Kyung-min fights with the cat doll that Dong-joon gave to Jung-eun!

Yeh, I loved that scene too. Very funny! He he he! But... I don't know how Dong-joon felt when it hit his head, I think it really hurt.

But... I don't know how Dong-joon felt when it hit his head, I think it really hurt. It probably did. In this series, when you slow-mo the scenes where people are getting hit, you'll see that most of the time they are really getting hit (not waving at air with sound effects added later as you would see in U.S. shows). I don't think you could tell whether or not he really hit his head in this scene, however.
