I felt so bad for poor Jungeun when she was doing the laundry and then she must have been so sore that she put on those patches.
Kyungmin is such a brat but he does have his good qualities occassionally shine through.
I feel like everybody takes advantage of poor Jungeun. That stupid brother of her's I can't believe he's basically extorting her, even after the idiot ran of with her savings. He looks like such a country bumpkin w/that semi-mullet he has. And he kind of reminds me of Jinsoo (MPC) from the face.

I feel sorry for Jungeun too! She's often being manipulated and taken advantage of And her brother is quite the "crass act" with giving Kyungmin the third degree about their living arrangement (and more!), sounding so sweet to their parents on the phone, and then blackmailing her

Kyungmin is such a brat but he does have his good qualities occassionally shine through. He can be so selfish sometimes, other times he seems to have a heart. Like when he was debating on whether or not he should buy the washing machine and he did. what I don't understand is, why doesnt he wash his own d*@# pants!!!!

what I don't understand is, why doesnt he wash his own d*@# pants!!!! Yeah! This is exactly what I'm thinking. J. doesn't owe him free laundry service. He's taking her for all he can get and the worst thing is that she's willingly doing all this. Jungeun certainly has a poor self-image.

Jungeun certainly has a poor self-image. This is so true! I really feel bad for her, all those years of her mom telling her that only a blind fool would marry her are evident by the things she lets KM get away with. I would have released the hounds on him since the first time he stole money from me. >:(

Jungeun seems utterly lacking in self-defensive skills when it comes to men. There was one scene awhile back where her boss stood her in front of a mirror as a response to her asking him if he was interested in her. What an insult! If she didn't need that s@%&*@ job I'm sure that Boss wouldn't treat her that way! He's so arrogant toward her! It reminds me of an Eliza Dolittle/Professor Henry Higgins sort of relationship. He's decended from his soaring yuppie heights, helping her and she should be soooo grateful. I'm sure he's paying her slave wage and thinking that he's generous. And btw, he SEES that she needs professional clothing. (And probably alot of necessities, too.) Why doesn't he make her full time and pay her better? Ahhh, but THAT kind of "charity" would COST him something!

Such a good comparison BD! Like when he invites her to dinner, he makes it clear that it's because he doesn't like eating alone and yet she's so humble, that she just gratefully accepts his invitation.
I hated the way that she just feel for KM's lie when he told her that he left HR just so he could keep his promise to meet up with her. She's just so naive when it comes to men, KM especially.

I love Jung-eun. She's very sweet, but she's not like "Sweet Charity"/Giulietta Masina in "Nights of Cabiria" (the source for "Sweet Charity"). I mean, she's not bowled over by Dong-joon, really. She's responding to his being nice, but she's so humble that I don't think she imagines he's interested in her. I really liked that she refused his offer of the clothes (in which she looked SO CUTE, by the way !) because she said she felt more comfortable in her own. She is certainly not vain. A real salt of the earth type.

Doesn't she remind you of the late Lee Eun Joo (main girl from The Phoenix). She reminds me so much of her, especially when she gives that little tigh-lipped smile of hers.

There was one scene awhile back where her boss stood her in front of a mirror as a response to her asking him if he was interested in her That was so bogus! What the heck was he trying to say by doing that? Was he trying to say that she wasn't pretty enough for him? I was so upset at that scene. I couldn't believe he would actually respond like that. Why are they making it seem like she is this super ugly girl?

I think Jung-eun's boss (Dang-goo) likes Jung-eun. Yes, that was terrible the way Dang-goo put Jung-eun in front of the mirror as a way to answer her question. I think he only did that as to not let Jung-eun realize that he likes her. Some guys do that. Like if they really like a girl, they will treat her in a weird way. That is to cover up their true feelings. Instead of coming out with, "I really like you," they get shy, scared, and confused and give a tough guy act.
I also can't wait for tonight's episode. I'm waiting for Kyung-min to respond to Jung-eun's question from the last episode!

(I'm watching on AZN, which is a few episodes ahead, now.)

Like if they really like a girl, they will treat her in a weird way Well if he is treating her like that to cover up then him and KyungMin have something in common. I think JungEun's boss is probably use to having girls throw themselves at him (don't know why) and JungEun is not like that. She seems to be such a humble and honest person. I'm pretty sure to him it's so refreshing to meet someone like JungEun.
