I just remembered that gross scene in the beginning where Jung-eun's sleep is disturbed and she keeps wiping her face. Then the guy Kyungmin put his hand on her drool. This was so gross! I'm gagging just thinking about it now. I seriously wanted to throw up , I have a very weak tolerance for grossness like that. Yuck!

Besides, her face was on the books; how could so much drool have gotten on the table? A big Yuck-o to the whole thing. Hey, does Hye-ryun remind anyone else of Miran from "The Phoenix"? Same smug, rich-girl prettiness.

I didn't see this scene. what time did this drama start? I switched over to channel 28 right after LOST and it was already on.

It was in the very beginning, probably during the first 5 minutes of the drama.

For those that missed it, I've posted some pictures from the first few scenes of the first episode of 옥탑방 고양이. See the link above for more images. Click thumbnails to see full-sized images.

Then you also missed Kyung-min's proposal scene. thanks for the pictures ccwf. So who was the girl he proposed to? I cannot believe he would propose to her and then take it back after he found out that Hye-ran was back. That is so bogus!

I guess she was his girlfriend or something. It was a funny scene because his facial ran late and he was late in meeting the girl. Then he pretended he was there all along but just sitting in the opposite end of the room. Then he's telling her "Let's get hitched!" and as soon as he received the text message he just tells her to let him see her hand, takes the ring back and then runs off.

I guess she was his girlfriend or something. Yes, that's about all we know. It's some girl he like well enough to propose but not well enough to stick around after getting the news about Hye-ruyn. Also, note that after those initial scenes with the proposal and meeting Jun-eun (Wednesday, May 21st), there's a gap of a couple of weeks. He doesn't sleep with Jun-eun until Thursday, June 5th. Episode two ends with them waking up together on Friday, June 6th, Korean memorial day, which means no school if they're paying any attention to that calendar they showed so prominently.

I watched my episode 10 last night and there was a scene even more gross than the drool one I mentioned before. How nasty was it when she threw up all over him and then on herself and they actually showed the...chunks! Yuck to the nth level!

I think KyungMin even had noodles on him.

Didn't he even say, "You ate a variety of food yesterday, didn't you!" And that little witch Hyeran, forcing him to move out. She just doesn't want to lose, she doesn't really care for him. I felt so bad when KM just left her waiting for an answer when she confessed to him that she liked him.
