Lucy, you're right that KJ offers IY nothing but stress while JM offers her happiness and freedom. I think IY still loves KJ and feels sorry for him, but could easily forget him if he stayed away from her. Even if KJ divorced HJ, KJ would bring IY back home to live with his insane mother who only wants a grandchild. His mother would try to take over raising their child, criticizing IY constantly. I think it's really over between KJ and IY. IY will always remember how KJ chose his mother over their relationship. KJ has nothing to offer IY. JM offers IY a happy home, allowing her to work or to stay home in a peaceful environment. With JM, IY will never have to "walk on egg shells", so to speak, fearing that he'll rant and rave when things don't go mother's way.

I totally agree. It's called "moving on," Ki-joon, and you should let her do it. Especially since she's been begging you since the divorce to let her go! At the end of last night's episode (135, I believe), IY was sitting with HIMCHAN! and Jae-min, and JM said something to her, and she got such a peaceful, almost happy and content, look on her face. I think she's going to go to him!

Yes, she looked really happy.
Why would KJ say they would have to run away and leave everyone? HER family is supportive and loving, why should she leave them? Unless he thinks SM would constantly be bugging them, if they stayed in Seoul. KJ is ready to cut ties with SM, so he should be able to restrain her and live separately. He is not making IY a good offer, to leave her family just for him. I still think she would prefer KJ, except for his baggage, and JM's "baggage" is only positive.
I think KJ is in such a tough situation that it's making him crazy. He wouldn't be nuts if the car broke down, or they ran out of coffee. It's just the competing demands of sanity versus filial piety.

i hate the fact that inyoung claims to love kijoon but it is quite obvious that her love for him is not that strong. or else she would not have divorced him on account of his mother. i wish these two characters would just go away so we can focus on the more realistic characters.

In-young should have never left Ki-joon in the first place. In-young cares too much about what Screech Mom wants. Ki-joon never forced In-young to have a child. I love that line by Ki-joon when he said to In-young, "I don't need anything. All I need is you" or something like that. But because SM wants a grandchild so badly and In-young was certain that she could not have a child, she decided it was best for Ki-joon to marry someone else that could provide SM a grandchild. Ki-joon should have never agreed to let In-young go, but he only did that because I think somewhere in his mind, he thought that In-young and him would reconcile.
