HANA was gorgeous in her wedding dress wasn't she? she will easily be the prettiest of the three.
AND on a side note, sangsik is just to rigid in his likes and dislikes,i agree with Hana's step-father,simply going along with his circumstances is just not fair to Hana.HE has not considered her comfort at all,i can't really blame her mother for being worried about her daughter,i would be too.

At least today he finally went along with Hana's wishes to have photos taken outside. Later did he say he was giving up and doing what she wants? Maybe he won't be so stubborn after this.

I don't know why he's even being like that. I mean Hana is giving up so many of her comodities to be with him and she's never complained, not once, and yet something so simple as taking pictures he can't even do? I'm glad Jiyeun scolded him. He's so irritating and irrational sometimes.

I enjoyed watching Ji-eun scold Sang-sik. Putting her initial difficulties with Grandma behind her, she has taken on the mantle of Wife-of-the-Oldest-Son, the second most importand woman in the family, and finds she likes the fit.

I agree, Soju, it's one of the pleasures of watching this show. She may have given up her professorship, but she has the attitude that this is her job, and she's the COO of the place, So listen up, people! She does seem extraordinarily happy with the role she's taken on.

It wasn't actually their wedding yet though. It's just the pictures before the wedding. This seems like a good idea so you are not running around like a chicken with its head cut off on the actual day, but I wouldn't want him to see me in my dress before the actual day of the wedding. Also, what if it gets dirty, and I don't see how it wouldn't considering they took their pictures outside as well as inside. Oh, oh--and there is that whole "outside smell" factor to consider too.

I'm pretty sure taking the pics before the wedding day is the usual practice.
So, do any of you intend to have one of those whomping great wedding photos auspiciously displayed in the bedroom? You know, in case any morals police drop by and want to make sure you're married? LOL.

And Hana actually fell in the dirt -oy! I'd be crazy, if I had that kind of gown and went romping in the park. (I had a cotton prairie-girl dress, with a ruffled yoke, and a daisy crown--no princess, me.)

When an Asian woman bought an excercise bike at our yard sale, I carried it over to her place for her. In the living room (not the bed room) was the very large wedding photo.
If you're not living with your parents or in-laws, I suppose you can put it in whichever room you like.
They were talking about taking the gown back after the photo shoot - maybe for cleaning?

I cannot believe Sangsik studied on his wedding night! How tacky! He better be lucky that Hana loves him. I feel like she got the short end of the stick, for real.

...They were talking about taking the gown back after the photo shoot - maybe for cleaning? No, I think people rent them because they are so expensive. I think Ji-yeun was harassing/teasing her mother with this idea, and on Yellow Handkerchief the custom was discussed in relation to In-young's wedding. Bo ps - Has anyone noticed the drama featuring In-young (Ja-young's sister on YH)? I catch bits of it occasionally, I'm not sure when it airs but it seems to be after WML.

I catch bits of it occasionally, I'm not sure when it airs but it seems to be after WML. Are you talking about the one that opens with an animation of a wedding ring and a gavel? That show is "Love and War." As I understand it, it is not a continuing story, but is a "showcase" type show, like "Drama City", where each episode stands on its own. Now I'm going to have to dig up my old recordings of 'YH', to remember just what said actress is like

You know, Soju, the show was subtitled, and I think it's Resurrection! She's a reporter looking into the death of her father.
