What should we make this new thread about? Oh maybe it should be dedicated to Hana's many looks. How can she have bangs one day and yet have her hair pulled back perfectly w/out one million bobby pins in the front of her head?

She probably wears a lot of wigs and hair pieces or extensions. Those bangs may have been clip-on. Sometimes she changes hairstyles within one day, I think.

She really looks cute with the bangs, don't you think? Not so much with braids, but with long, straight hair. I think she makes a believable model.

Yeah, she's got fab hair, as I said on the other thread. She reminds me of someone I used to know--so pretty and exotic looking (she looked like a Hawaiian princess, though she wasn't really Hawaiian), and guys would always be after her, but they quickly found that she just liked to bounce around and be a jokester and didn't act anywhere near as "sexy" as she looked. It was funny. I mean, the way the dynamics worked. No one got hurt; she didn't care.

I really like the way bangs look on people but I myself cannot wear them. I tried them once and all I ended up was having a really greasy forehead.

You know what will hide that greasy forehead, GC? Bangs, hahaha.

You know what will hide that greasy forehead, GC? Bangs, hahaha. Aigu, it's a vicious cycle. Bangs=greasy forehead. Cure=greasy forehead. But--bangs=greasy forehead. Plus my mom said that my face was too small for bangs. What that means I don't know but I guess it was her subtle way of saying not to get bangs anymore.

LOL. I love bangs myself, but they don't look good on me, either. I don't have the right kind of hair for it, and my face is somehow not the right shape, either.
Speaking of "aigu," how about Sangsik and his Aigus the other night. (was it Friday?) He was doing the disgusted "ai-u-aiu-aiu" thing to Yoonsik after YS confessed to hopping like a bunny for JY's luv, and it sounded like he was woofing like a dog. Say "Aiu! Aiu!" in a deep voice and you'll see what I mean.

At first I used it consiously, instead of saying "OhmyGod" I said, Aigu, but now it just comes out naturally.

When Hana has bangs, her hair is black. Otherwise it's kind of brown, (dark or with a little red), so maybe it's a wig, but where does her own hair go? Her head doesn't look any fatter with the bangs. I'm trying to grow out my layers, so I make braids with the top hair, one on each side, kind of like DaeJangGeum as a child. Then I braid the rest because it's toooo hot to have hair sticking to my face and neck. Trouble is, it's still damp by dinnertime. At least it's cool.

Ginnycat, you are so funny! I always wonder that, too. I've tried on a few wigs (for plays and such) and there's always some lump of hair sticking out somewhere. However, I remember on the old Carol Burnett shows, when she'd do those skits about theater people, she'd pull off a wig and have a kind of cloth "wig" underneath, sort of wig underwear. To keep everything evenly distributed.

Sometimes it's obvious when people are wearing a wig, but lots of times you have the situation ginnycat described, where you can't believe it's a wig because there's no lumpiness (caused by the real hair underneath). I don't know how they do it, but those under-wig caps must be pretty tight sometimes.

I don't know how they do it, but those under-wig caps must be pretty tight sometimes. Not only tight but hot and sweaty, which leads to itchy also. Just ask the boys as the Baton. What appears to be a wig cap is really a nylon top, smooth, snug and holds it all in. Can we say new meaning to, "Control Top" ? ;D
