Oh, my gosh, was it not the cutest thing when Yoon-sik brought her that gigantic bunch of flowers wrapped in yards of pink tulle? "P-p-p-please accept my heart." Well, I guess in real life his obvious vibe of "I'm already in love with you" would scare me off, but in the show it's adorable. Especially because in most of these dramas, the very act of dating is acknowledged to be a precursor to marriage. He's just taking it a bit farther than most. I also think it was funny the way Ji-eun was imitating his stutter to Hanna, because she wasn't being cruel about it, just reenacting his cuteness. BTW, I wish he would go back to his old hairstyle. With it brushed forward he looks a bit like the village idiot. He was already thinking of wedding preparations I bet. I would definitely have been freaked out if a guy told me that, but it just shows how much of a novice he is at these things of love. He really is "pure" as Jieun says.

He really is "pure" as Jieun says. Actually, if you think about it, so is she. She's got a lot of ideas about what she wants but no real experience. (Unless I'm forgetting something that we were told.) She's a more sophisticated person, but I think she is pretty romantic at heart. He's great at dealing with her, too. I really liked when they were setting out on the walk in Episode 19 and he said something like, "Why don't we have lunch. An empty stomach tends to make you easier to anger." I assumed he was talking about her, but even if not, that's a nice matter-of-fact way to approach her temper, huh?

He approaches her in that way all the time; he's not really careful around her, he knows she'll blow up but he braves it and says what he has to say. Probably that's refreshing for her, even if a bit annoying. Bo

The "Outstaring Game" was one Yoonsik knew that he could never win at. To see him so happy over a kiss...And as Ji-yeon said, now she KNOWS that he's never kissed a woman before but she was kind to him and didn't put him down or make fun of his lack of ability.
And although Grandpa may be old,he's not blind. He saw the vibes between Y and J when they were visiting the baby and he probably knew right then that this was the girl that Yoonsik was falling for. I like the way he cut right to the chase and offered Y to Ji-yeon. "I'll give him to you!" He probably figures that at his age he wants to see some marriage action before he's dead!

And although Grandpa may be old,he's not blind. He saw the vibes between Y and J when they were visiting the baby and he probably knew right then that this was the girl that Yoonsik was falling for. At first I thought that outstaring thing had to do with his chicken eyes, but then I remembered he told his father that he couldn't look too long at a woman's face before he got the uncontrollable urge to kiss her. I guess that happens even if he just *thinks* about looking at a woman, lol. Too bad that kiss was so unpleasant, with the grabbing and the mashing and the screwed-tight eyes. Ouch! Yes, Grandpa is a savvy man. It was kind of written all over the two of them. They looked like they were playing with their own baby: the picture of a happy little family. Isn't Ji-yeun funny, all of a sudden obsessing over babies to the extent that she can't concentrate on her books? Wonder why it's not Yoon-sik that's distracting her! I hope she gets her little chicken-eyed babies soon, and plenty of 'em. ;) I like seeing the two of them so happy.
