Hi there!
I'm level from S. Korea. I posted YSS ed2k links with no sub. I want to make english subtitle(srt) so you can understan that drama better. Honestly, I'm not good at english but If I had english subtitles of past episodes I could make one of late episodes easily.
please help me

I don't want to interfere with you. (I don't care) but I should let you know KBS is viewing this board. They will not like what you are trying to do. It is actually illegal to provide subtitled video files and ed2k links without KBS's permission.

Hey choko, What's the big deal?
I didn't downloaded KBS drama or captured the drama in my computer. I just told there are ed2k links and try it.
Choko are you korean national? If you so you know there are so many website providing dram and movie subtitles out there. For example Nate CSI has more than 50000 members. That site lasted for years until now and I didn't hear anyone arrested.
Thank you

OK. I'm a Korean national living in South Korea. I know there are many Korean website providing drama subtitles, but I also know all of them are illegal. They can be arrested if the American companies want to do that.
Anyway, I do not want to care any more, so I should stop talking about it.

This is an old argument and the fact is, just because no one has been arrested for an illegal activity does not mean they will never be arrested for it. Look at, for example, Napster (oh how the mighty have fallen). American companies in particular are revving their engines to try to stomp out the pirating of their products; I have no idea if Korean companies are active on that front, but I have a sneaking suspicion that with the present profitability of these dramas, they may start doing it. In any case, if KBS does not want us to subtitle their dramas or provide links to them other than through their official channels, then we ought to respect that.
This is the real end of the conversation, because I'm locking this thread.
