On IYSS, there's a character who is living as a hermit with his daughter (he turns out to be an ex-military man, but that's neither here nor there). His daughter looked so very familiar to me, and I kept thinking, something recent, something recent...
It's the birth mom! She plays such a perky, joyful character--a bit cheeky, too--I just couldn't recognize her. (She's much prettier when she laughs.)

YES! I recognized her immediately and was pleased to see her in this historical drama. I really like her character.
She was such a loose end, left hanging in MPC

Oh, good, Kathleen--I saw it this morning and wondered, "Who the heck would care about this besides me? No one else is crossing over historical and daily dramas!" I'm glad you're there with me, LOL.

L O L Hey, do you think we'll ever see GolferDuffusDad playing some strong, intelligent admiral type in a historic drama? We're in lock-step on this one Bo.

He played a serious role in the mini-series "Father Sea" not too long ago.

Oh, Soju is one of us, too! (I noticed your message about her (birth mom) below in one of the other threads after I posted this one, Soj).
I wonder if we'll see Jin-soo. The first role I ever saw Leonard DeCaprio in was in Gilbert Grape, and he did such a good job (as the brother with learning disabilities), I was totally shocked to see him in the next movie (whatever that was).
So, what are we? The Indiscriminating K-drama Watchers Club? Hee, heeee, heee! Turn it on! We'll watch anything!
