Hee-soo's dad is so cool! I love it when he gives his philosophy only to be scorned by his wife...it's kind of funny. HS's dad is really logical and it's amazing how he puts up with his wife, whose rationality is totally the opposite of his!

I too really like Hee-Soo's Dad. He's very easy-going, not meddling or anxious as his wife is when trying to make her children do as she says. He tells his wife that she must let her children, especially Eun-Soo, live life for themselves.
I liked the scene when Hee-Soo and Jin-Kook came to the restaurant where he is a parking valet. H/S felt sorry for seeing him doing this kind of work, but her father told her to be proud of him working and being healthy at his age.
I sure hope he becomes involved, as a Grandpa, when H/S has her baby. J/k's family is self-centered, only worrying about their needs not being met.

only problem i have with hee-soo's dad is that he needs to take control of the situation at hand. he lets his wife run all over him, he's a great father and all but his passiveness has ruined his kids. hee-soo has no backbone. and eun-soo is deathly afraid of his mother (but he beats his wife...go figure
