I noticed Young-sil's look, too. I remember a while back when the Ahns were taking Jin-soo to his lesson with Min-sup one day, and it seemed they made a point of Young-lan leaving the Song house just before the Ahns arrived. This made me think there was something going to happen.
Then, that day when they all went to the Folk Village, I thought the Ahns would see Young-lan, and that something would be revealed, but they only saw Hee-soo.
The way this thread is going makes me think about adding a 'MPC Tangents' area ;D

i was wondering whether the two of them, young-sil and young-lan, could be related... that would be really interesting.

Ah-hahaha! Very cute. I don't remember this happening on Wednesday, but now that you mention it, I do remember the same look on Young-sil's face when they met at the folk village the week before. It was like, "Where do I know you from?" and a little bit of apprehension, I think. (Soju, the Ahns did meet Young-lan at the folk village but weren't introduced. At least, as I remember it, Young-sil looked at her but I don't think Hee-soo introduced her.)

I just reviewed the Folk Village scene (ep 112), and I'm not sure if Young-sil saw Young-lan or not.
As Hee-soo is talking witht the Ahns, her brother and Jung-hee come by. When Eun-soo introduces Jung-hee as his fiancé, Young-sil realizes who she is, and stares at her.
Young-lan, standing in the background, looks very annoyed when she hears it, and Hee-soo flashes her a worried look.
Duk-bae and Jin-soo walk away, but Young-sil just stares straight ahead, then glances in the direction Hee-soo & co. went. It didn't look like she looked in Young-lan's direction, but since she was standing right there, she certainly could have seen her.
Now I'm thinking that Young-sil is going to be a factor in the Eun-soo/Jung-hee/Young-lan triangle.
I think Yang Keum-suk, who plays Young-sil, is the best actor on this show. She can say more with a raised eyebrow than the other charaters can in a long speech.
