One last thing before we forget about the Phoenix. Didn't you guys find it weird that although Jieun was supposed to be flat footed which is why she sometimes wore those ugly flats, in some of the scenes she was working as a maid she had black pumps on? They weren't kitten heels either.
Shouldn't it have been the other way around? And since when did orthopedic shoes become so hip?

I don't remember hearing that. Maybe that's why she walked so slowly.

I'm not going to forget about the Phoenix so soon, and am re-watching the tapes. It's a good show, and gave me a lot of laughs! I'm up to episode 8 now, and also noticed Ji-eun's heels with her "helper" uniform. It's interesting to watch again as Eric and Will become increasingly intolerant of eachother (they were friendly at first, although destined to be competitive), and to see Mi-ran starting to show her spooky and witchy side so close now to Halloween. Too bad we can't buy masks of Eric, Mi-ran, Will, & Ji-eun to wear for trick or treating!

I don't remember hearing that. Maybe that's why she walked so slowly. It was in the beginning episodes. She makes mention of her flat feet. Also, when she first goes shopping with Eric, he stares at her feet and again she mentions that she's flat-footed. Then she begins reminiscing about myWill...

And that's why she always drove with her shoes off. Although maybe not throwing pop cans under the brake while she was driving would've been more effective....
