whose TV played a much earlier episode on Saturday night? I set the tape, and maybe there was a malfunction, but what I got when I played it back on Sunday was an episode where Mi-ran was still in the wheelchair. Which episode did you all see?
Also, no one has commented on this, but it sure seems like last weekend we skipped an episode. Though I can't remember details, I could swear that there was a break in the action that was never explained, as if the series skipped ahead. I really think we missed an episode.
And here's the weird thing--maybe someone can explain it to me. Why is the Friday episode an even number and the Saturday episode an odd number? If they are showing two a week, it's the Saturday episode that should be an even number. Doesn't this prove my point about the episodes being out of sequence somehow?
I am so confused.

Okay, I can answer about the odd/even thing.
Remember when the show first started, they missed a whole Friday of programming due to tower or antenna problems. So, we now see an even episode on Friday and Monday, and an odd one on Saturday and Tuesday, rather than the other way around.
I have not yet looked at my Saturday tape. Will check now.
Bo
PS - Saturday tape, says Episode 21 at beginning, shows Mi-ran standing and doing something she should not do, so I think that's okay unless something happened with the tape in the middle, so maybe someone else can help with that.

In Sat.'s epi., Mi-ran was sitting in her old wheelchair, remembering the good old days with her Will. You might have mistaken that scene for an old one.

What a freak. But, no, I could swear it was an old episode. Ji-eun was sitting at one of those outdoor bars, getting drunk as a skunk, then she calls Se-hoon, and he comes and she apologizes to him for everything, and she leaves but falls right down in the street, crying in a most unbecomingly loud way. I know I've seen all that before, in just that sequence. She even had the purse that she always used to carry before she got the Kelly bag.* But if it was a new episode, that just goes to show that there is so much repetition in this show that you could take pretty much any scene between any two characters and they'd be saying the same things to each other that they've said a million times before.
*By the way, I got a pretty good Kelly bag ripoff for $17 this weekend at the Korean wholesale place I told you about before.

Did you tape over an old episode? I was able to watch the Sat. night airing ( I have a cold and haven't been out since Sat. morning. <- Jenny's red, stuffy nose) and I saw ep. 21 without any problem. Maybe it was your VCR? Or maybe I was so hopped up on Nyquil I imagined a whole new episode?! Uh oh, that means I was dreaming about Eric! *By the way, I got a pretty good Kelly bag ripoff for $17 this weekend at the Korean wholesale place I told you about before. Cool, $17?! I gotta get to that store!

Okay, I guess something weird happened to my machine. Probably it didn't tape Saturday's episode at all, and I was looking at an old episode from a few weeks ago. Sorry to introduce confusion! Thanks, gals.

Well, the verdict is in--my VCR did not tape Saturday's episode and what I saw was an old episode later previously recorded on the tape. I set the machine to tape the repeat this a.m., and I hope it works.
