Your opinions, please: Is Bok-ja coming back for any reason? If not (and, even if so, I guess), her departure was the lamest, stupidest loose end I've seen yet. She leaves the country for three years and doesn't tell ANYONE, including her supposed lifelong friend, Ji-eun? Maybe the series will have one of those famous Korean Drama Flash-Forwards(tm) at the end and we'll see her arrive at the airport with her new Australian husband on her arm, met by Will and his wife, Ji-eun, who inexplicably has gotten over all those deadly serious reservations that kept her rejecting him time after time over the past months.

I saw this show called "Music Camp" once. It was kind of like American Idol. MBC Music Camp is one Korea's many weekly music shows. The singers performing on the show are artists already signed with record labels/entertainment companies. Fans vote for the #1 song of the week and the artist with the most votes is the winner at the end of the show.

Thanks, Knov1 and toranaga, for the info. I agree with you that Bok-ja's departure was the dumbest ever. However, it isn't necessarily any different from others I've seen. Does/did anyone here watch Alias? When the chick that plays Sydney's mother left b/c of contract disputes, they didn't mention it but had her communicate with people via some stone-age email that was supposed to look all cool and spy-like. Maybe the woman who plays Bok-ja was in the midst of a contract dispute or she quit for some other reason. I hope that she comes back though; I was toying with the idea of her getting so sick of the two guys that she went on a short vacation and told everyone in her office to tell them she was in Australia for three years.

Maybe the woman who plays Bok-ja was in the midst of a contract dispute or she quit for some other reason. That's what I was wondering, does anyone else know if this was true? Bok-ja better come back for the final episode! I think it's safe to say she's everyone's favorite female character, in the non-evil category. That would be beyond disappointing if there isn't some closure there.

IF YOU KNOW THE ANSWER TO THIS, you'd better wait until the last episode plays to answer it. Sorry, Jenny. No spoilers, directly or indirectly, love. Bo PS - Oh, come on, you can wait, you know you can...

Oops! I meant did anyone know about the actress, not about the finale. But I guess if the actress really did leave because of some sort of dispute, that would be a spoiler, too. Thanks, Bo, you saved me from myself!
