No, I can't actually speak japanese. 2 years of third language taught me the basics though (although I've forgotten about half of it by now). It's easier to read japanese because of the kanji (漢字), so i sorta manage to understand what a passage is about. but if you speak it to me, i think all i'd do is catch a few phrases i recognise.

ei, there is this song that kept on playing on the drama... the english version is something like:
"the turbulent love is faded away by the wind.... i am standing under the wide sky"....
heeheh... i just cant remember clearly... but it IS a really nice song... the singer is soprano... much like pavarotti style of singing... it was played so many times.. i still remember that was played when Gun Ying had been sent out of the palace to be exiled, Madam Cui already dead...

I'm a little confused... The Chinese song which is the title of this thead, for whoever wants to hear it, is available on Youtube.. Just do a search on it with the Chinese name and you should find it. Jasmine, are you saying that they play that Chinese song during DJG? that's weird.. they have such nice songs already in DJG

im not sure if it is chinese... but i think it's more Korean-ish (you know what i mean) to hear... please take note, it's the only song in the drama that is operatic (soprano-voice) by nature...
i just cant clearly recall the chorus of the song... i heared this in the original (korean) version of the drama which i have in the boxset... anyone who knows that, please post the title... kamsahamnida!
*chorus: (something like)
"the turbulent love is faded away by the wind.... i am standing under the wide sky"....
