I'm hoping I won't have to miss you all when the last J-G episode ends in June in Chicago. Hope some or all of you will watch whichever drama will air after J-G and will continue to post on the fan board. All of you are good-natured, funny and great thinkers!! It says a lot that we spend our extra time watching quality shows and communicating about something valuable, interesting and intelligent. This is a show which has crossed over cultures, languages and ultimately, to a different continent.......it has made our world seem a little smaller. I am impressed with the wide range of heritages represented on this board. Thank you, everyone!

I am impressed with the wide range of heritages represented on this board. Thank you, everyone! Thank YOU FlowerLady for indulging us in our favorite collective pastime--Korean dramas and the kbc Korean drama fan boards! And mahalos to everybody for participating, I KNOW it has certainly enhanced my Korean drama viewing experience this season. My local Korean station is scheduled to air episodes 53 and 54 next week. I and my viewing buddies are already making it a two-night soiree of Koreana--dining, wining, viewing, singing, etc. When everybody catches up and starts posting reactions to the dramatic developments, I will still be responding ipso facto. Don't know if we'all share the shame period drama that will replace DJG tho'. But, there'll still be AOW and OMR which seem to go on forever! ;D So I'm sure I'll frequent these boards long enough to interact with this virtual community, at least until I burn out of Korean dramas! ;D

"Koreana"----------that's a great term!!! I've never heard it before, but it's perfect! "-ana" meaning all things, as in Americana or Hawaiiana.

Thank you, Jacques--- Koreana is a great word which indeed encompasses "all things Korean"! (btw, Hawaiiana is a wonderful word, too )
