You must be talking about 'My Sweetheart, My Darling' , it plays around the same time as when 'One Million Roses' was on, weekdays at around 6-6:30 (never too sure with the time, KBC is pretty bad with running things on time, sometimes it's too early sometimes it's too late)...the re-run of it plays the next morning around 8:30 or 9 (again bad timing), it's pretty good so far, definitely check it out.

They don't usually release the daily dramas on DVD though. Consider: they're usually about 160 half-hour+ episodes, and you could probably fit four eps on one regular DVD. That'd be a forty disc set. You'd need less discs if you used double-sided or dual-layer, but those are more expensive to produce.
It would probably cost so much that they wouldn't be able to sell enough to make it worthwhile.

If you register with KBS, you can watch VOD's of the show. Go to english.kbs.co.kr/ and click on "Register" at the top left of the page. Once you're registered, go to www.kbs.co.kr/drama/100rose/view/vod/vod.html for the VODs. Generally only the most recent of current shows are on a high-speed server, but in looking at KBS's page for "My Sweetheart", they have all the eps of that on (apparently) a real high-speed server, so maybe that's the wave of the future. I am not registered with KBS, but there is a part where they ask you for an ID number (Social security or Passport). You may not wish to provide that information, but I have read that a ficticious number will work. I think they just want a unique ID for each user. Oh, and the show are strictly in Korean (no subtitles). MBC has a similar service, but it is restricted to residents of Korea and Korean nationals living overseas (Phooey!) You can also do this at SBS (which WOCH ch28 never shows any of) at login.sbs.co.kr/member/foreigner/join/foreigner_Foreign_Index.jhtml
