Man, the female bodyguard's boss is HOT! The female bodyguard reminds me of a Japanese anime character, they always draw their women so slim, with kind of tomboy-ish mannerisms, but these girls will pack quite a punch! I wonder if these two will become an item later on in the series? Also that sister of his, (I am having a horrible time trying to remember the names, the only one I can remember is Na-young so please bear with me the supermodel one, man, is she a handful! I thought the scene where the guy's dad hands over the 4,000,000 won was hilarious, did you guys catch the look on the con artist's face?

Yup, it would not be easy for the con-man to collect all that small change and get that heavy bag of money home with just one good arm -- unless, of course, there's nothing really wrong with that arm!

Galacticchick, that female bodyguard’s boss may be “HOT,” but watch out! He’s not as nice as he seems!
And how funny! You’re right, the female bodyguard (Yu-jin) really does look like a real-life anime character. And I must add that she’s also a major hottie in my book (guess I’m a sucker for tall, tough women).
The series has been running for a few months here in L.A., and I’m generally enjoying it, though it’s a bit violent at times. In a future episode (minor spoiler here, but not a big deal) Yu-jin will get the crap beat out of her big time. It actually looked more horrifyingly realistic than any of those battle scenes in “The Age of Warriors.” Very graphic and ugly.
I could have done without that. Even though I know that she’s a bodyguard and she has to expect a beating now and then, that particular beating was really over the top.
But don’t let me dissuade you, I think “Bodyguard” is still worth watching. Though the characters are a little slow to develop, the plot is surprisingly complicated and interesting. Just be prepared for what’s coming.
