need a little help with episode 12

Hey truth (or anybody else), I missed the first two scenes of episode 12 on my local station. I looked at them unsubbed on YouTube and picked up some of what happened but not all. Can you fill me in?

It started with Ryu still kneeling before the king and having to admit that he okayed the turtle ship. They bring the war minister in and Seonjo throws the ship plans at him...and I assume the guy says he knows nothing about the ship continuing to be built. Then I know Ryu explains the whole setup for how the got the non-governmental funding to pay for it...but then the king continues to glare at him and question him and I wasn't sure what it was about. Was he accusing Ryu of trying to undermine his authority, or make him look bad, or trying to take credit for the project...or what?

Then after that there was a scene with Seonjo's eunuch apparently giving him advice. Anything significant there?

Later in the episode Seonjo apologizes to Ryu for doubting him, so obviously he did doubt him before. But if you can clear it up for me I'll get the summary posted ASAP. Thanks!

Seonjo accuses Ryu of undermining his authority.

Seonjo regrets firing the Westerners. Eunuch tells him Lee Sanhae and Ryu Seongryong were only thinking about what's good for the country, so Seonjo shouldn't punish them. Also says that he exists for Seonjo, but LS and RS exist for both Seonjo and the people.

Seonjo : It is said that king is the father of all people. So who should be considered more important? The people or me?

Eunuch : Of course, it is you, Your Majesty.

Seonjo : (laughs) You're a vile servant. According to you, the subjects under King Yeonsan should have obeyed every bit of his tyranny since king is supposed to be more important. But that is obviously not the case as Yeonsan was dethroned by his subjects, was he not? Do you think I am stupid? The court subjects must consider the people first over the king and that is how I should act as well. I'm just very uncomfortable. A king thinks only about himself while his subjects care about the people, that is how it looks right now. The turtle ship should have been made under my order(and not RS)!I know that people will point fingers at me if I punish RS and YSS. That is why I'm worried.
